Dianne has been a Real Estate Professional since 1976,
specializing in working with first time home buyers, and on rural farm
properties. Dianne is very good at trouble shooting, finding out why a
property hasn't sold and developing a new marketing plan and getting a particular
property sold and closed.
Dianne is an especially good listener and extremely tenacious. Over
the past years she has been active on many boards. Most recently Diane
has served on the scholarship committee thru the East Metropolitan
Association of Realtors and volunteers at her Grand children's school in
Damascus. Whenever her schedule allows. She is also very active at her
church, St. Henry's in Gresham and for many years chaired the
solicitation committee for their annual auction.
Dianne is married, has 2 children, her son Paul Nadeau, is her real
estate partner. She has 5 grand children and has been living in the
Damascus area since 1978.
Dianne keeps up with the market and current financing and all new
laws pertaining to her field by attending many seminars. You would be
