Builders Services
We
pride ourselves in the unique environment we have created for the builders
working with our company. We provide them with a steady flow of new
subdivisions and the ability to plan their businesses with a certain
reliability with regard to Lot flow. They know that new projects will be
handled efficiently and fairly and that they will have equal opportunity
with others of the group for good lots.
They are informed about new subdivisions well ahead of completion to
enable them to organize financing and schedules. Any new builders are
screened and their work inspected for compatibility with others. Builders
are required to complete lot reservations and resulting Earnest Money
agreements after meeting for an introduction to the Subdivision. This
process gives the builders an equal chance for the better lots, and they
walk away from the meeting with a sense of fairness and enthusiasm for the
project.
Once a subdivision has obtained substantial completion, builders are
informed of the time in which they have to close their first and
subsequent lots and thus the build-out process is commenced. Builders are
left in no doubt of the importance of picking up lots as per the contract,
and the resulting penalties of failure to do so.
As a result of this tried and tested program, builders respond to the
efficient manner in which our projects are handled, and therefore continue
to work for the most part exclusively with Real Estate Headquarters Company.
