Owner and Principal Broker, Diana Allmer, brings a wealth of business experience and expertise to the Company and to our Clients. Originally licensed for 12 years in the state of California in the 1970's and 1980's, she left the business for a number of years while her children were growing up so that she would have weekends and evenings at home. Her attention turned to an early interest, computers and data processing, returning to school to become certified as a Programmer and Systems Analyst. After moving to Oregon in 1984, her unique combination of real estate knowledge and computer ability provided her with the perfect background to design a computer-based system for management of bank Real Estate Owned (foreclosed real estate) for a large regional bank. That accomplishment in turn led to a rewarding 14-year career with the bank, much of that time spent as Vice President and Operations Manager of that bank's foreclosure and collections/recovery group.

After raising her family in Gresham and leaving the bank, Diana returned to real estate, to Real Estate Headquarters Co., a company whose outstanding reputation for honesty and ethics were a good match for the high standards she had maintained throughout her own career. Upon that return to real estate, the tables turned as it soon became evident that, along with investing heavily in education, the computer and database experience were now going to be a key to success in building a solid real estate career as the real estate had been key to the successful systems-related career in banking. Real estate is a different business than it was even 5 years ago, let alone in the 1970's - consumers are much more knowledgeable, they expect more, and they want information and education at their fingertips. And the same is true of sellers - they expect wide-ranged exposure for their listings, including a good promotional page for their listing on the web as well as submission and coverage of their home on other websites and search engines - the more exposure the better. For this reason, Diana immediately invested in her own website, www.OregonHomesCentral.com, and began to build her business through the website and through referrals.

Diana says, "As owner of Real Estate Headquarters Co. since July of 2002, I am working not only to maintain the high standards set by my predecessor, Donna Burlingame, but also to become a more technology-driven company. We are working to provide an outstanding company website that will serve our clients and prospects in several ways, including valuable information about our company and agents, effective and efficient property searches, and through a multitude of hot links to informational websites that we feel will be interesting and useful to those who visit our website. We are always open to your suggestions for additions/changes that will make our website more user-friendly - your feedback is important!

Our company motto is "We Strive For Excellence" and that is what I strive for with my own dealings with Clients, with our agents, as well as with other brokers and agents and the community as a whole. Come and visit us!"
